The Academy
We are the home of quality music tuition in the west of Ireland. We consistently achieve the highest results from our students, at every level. We provide the finest quality of education in music to our students. Tuition starts at only €10 per lesson.
Students can study a combination of specialities in each lesson, something that we feel separates us from other music schools and institutions.
The Academy boasts a wealth of experience, with the principal teacher and founder at the school having more than 40 years experience in music teaching and performance. All our teachers at The Academy are highly motivated, educated and qualified; this shines through in the success of our students.
We prepare students to sit the examinations offered through the Royal Irish Academy of Music [RIAM], Associate Board of the Royal Schools of Music [ABRSM] etc. or students can decide they wish to learn just for fun. Each of our standardised lesson lasts 30 minutes, but we are highly personalised in our approach to teaching and different lesson formats are available.
Currently, the youngest student studying in the school is 3 years of age and the oldest student studying is 72 years of age. Nobody is too old or too young to begin to play an instrument or learn about music. We have a range of different products and services available - get in touch to find out more!
